Event service privacy

What this service uses

The event service uses employee names, event assignments, stand numbers, company names and request details to coordinate assistance. Employee access does not require an email. Administrators use their email to sign in.

Keep requests about the event. Do not include payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information.

Who can see it

Employees assigned to an event and its administrators see that event’s requests. A stand sees its own requests. Technical service providers support storage, access and delivery.

Access and notifications

Essential cookies keep your access secure. The app caches a neutral offline page. It does not cache private requests. If you enable push, the service stores your phone’s notification subscription. Notifications show the event name and a neutral alert, without request details.

Retention and questions

Requests, replies and their activity records are deleted 90 days after the event ends. Event statistics are kept across years without request text, stand identity or staff attribution. Contact the event organizer for access or correction requests. Provider details, legal basis and contact details must be finalized before live use.
